The benefits of this
practice touch the body and the spirit and awake spiritual
consciousness.
Only when the body
is in balance can one experience true well-being.
By following some
simple exercises, one can relax and re-centre oneself rapidly
in order better to be able to face life’s problems.

The yoga sessions
are open to all, men and women of all ages, young and old.
They take place at
Chalap Mondays and Tuesdays from 3pm to 4.30pm |
