You can also get here by train. The nearest station is at Génolhac. A taxi (Tel +33 (0)4 66 61 17 63) can collect you there and take you to Sénéchas.

The town hall office is open to the public Mondays 8am - 12 noon, Tuesdays 2pm to 6pm, Wednesdays 8am to 12 noon, Thursdays 1.30pm to 5.30pm, Fridays 8.30am to 11.30am.
The mayor or one of his deputies is available Wednesday 10am to 12 noon.
Shops
There are no shops in Sénéchas.
The main shops are in Génolhac (8 km - 5 miles, 10 minutes drive) and Bessčges (12km - 7.5 miles, 20 minutes drive) where there is a supermarket.
Also a baker calls round the area regularly, 3 times a week (every day during the summer holiday period) and a butcher once a week.
Bessčges market is Thursday morning and Génolhac's is Saturday morning.
Doctors
There are two doctors and a pharmacy in Génolhac and several doctors and dentists, as well as pharmacies, in Bessčges.
Internet broadband access
Residents of some of the outlying hamlets can connect to broadband (ADSL) via their telephone lines.
Others who cannot receive broadband in this way can connect using the WIMAX radio relay system.
This network, which has been installed with the support of the “Pays Cevennes” Committee, is operated by MESHNET.
